Now Accepting New Members for DBT Skills Group

We are currently recruiting group members for our Virtual Adult DBT Group. Now open to individuals who live in NY or any of the PSYPACT states! The group is held every Thursday evening from 6:00-7:30.  DBT Skills Training Group helps clients develop healthy coping skills and build a life worth living.  Together, we learn and practice the core skills of DBT: mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and walking the middle path. Clients are encouraged to utilize “coaching calls” throughout their time in treatment, whenever they need assistance implementing the skills they are learning in their daily lives.  Please contact Dr. Melissa Halligan directly at 347-871-4007 to talk about joining.
